SO, back to the big B. B is for BLOG!
I’m in Paris again, it’s been a while since i last came. I have to say it’s a new year with new perspectives. I swear to you, not from a shallow point of view, I always thought the ave George V and ave Montaigne and Rue St. Honore was the center of my world here and the center of this town! WRONG! Infact, I find the 8th arrindesment to b SO pase’! If i see another Gucci, i may vomit from the mass produced crapola. So here it is, I’m about to disclose this undisclosed newly found gem, which legitimately IS the center of Paris.
L’isl Saint Louis
Strategically located between the Marais and St Germain! Did you know there was an island in Paris? Clearly I didn’t pay attn in Geography!
The approx 30x in my life i have been here, I never meandered in this hood, that is, until now. Due to my extensive travels around the world, and always meeting the best people ever, In Beirut I befriended Sayed. Sayed lives in the Marais, so close to me, and has so efficiency and effortlessly shown me ze ropes.
This area is SO a touch of the lower east side mixed with London and a bit of hipster Brooklyn plus a touch of Jew (the historical importance) plus mix it up with some gayness, a bit of Picasso museum, and a few ring dropping gypsys …… That’s just my view.

The veal was so good, not salty, with eggplant and truffles. The Panna Cota was also delectable, so fresh and perfect. Even my picky PC boyfriend would approve
